As an Asset Management Specialist, you will:

• Support the Head of Contracts & Compliance to maintain an accurate asset register with robust change controls.

• Assist with proactive closure of actions related to asset management findings from both internal and external audits.

• Guide site teams on the importance of timely completion of all remedial actions following audits.

• Develop detailed lifecycle models to help our clients understand and manage asset liability and risk across the university estate.

• Create clear asset management reports and data insights to help lower risk, reduce costs, and support strategic business objectives.
