Our client is a well-established, founder-led business operating within the grounds maintenance and environmental services sector. With 70 employees and a strong market presence, the company is entering an exciting phase of growth and seeks to appoint a Managing Director to lead the organisation through its next stage of development.

The successful candidate will assume full P&L responsibility, driving both strategic direction and operational excellence, while strengthening leadership capability across the business. We are seeking an accomplished executive with a proven track record of scaling organisations, delivering sustainable growth and inspiring high-performing teams.
