What will you be doing?This is a senior, hands-on position suited to someone who thrives on both technical execution and strategic planning. The role involves leading client projects, shaping service offerings, and contributing to the ongoing development of how cyber security solutions are delivered across diverse sectors. You will also play a pivotal role in mentoring and developing a small team of Cyber Analysts.

What will you need?

• Significant experience in a cyber security consulting environment, with readiness to take on a senior role that includes supporting and guiding fellow consultants
• Proven track record of delivering Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus assessments, including practical remediation support (certification as a Cyber Essentials Plus Assessor or similar qualifications with the intention to certify is highly advantageous)
• Practical experience conducting vulnerability assessments across infrastructure, networks, and applications
• Working knowledge of threat and vulnerability management platforms such as Qualys
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical issues to non-technical audiences
• Solid understanding of Microsoft technologies (e.g. Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, Intune) from a security and compliance standpoint
• Involvement in presales or technical bid development processes
• Effective at engaging with stakeholders and comfortable in customer-facing roles
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including mentoring team members, setting performance goals, and contributing to ongoing service and process improvements
