About the company:

I'm currently working with an established hospitality and leisure fit-out contractor who are seeking experienced Site Manager to join their team on up-coming projects in London and the home counties starting from May 2024.

About the role:

As Site Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the site and reporting into the Project Manager. Responsabilites will include:

• Demonstrated experience in implementing and upholding Health & Safety protocols on-site, ensuring full compliance at all times.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. Meticulous attention to detail, with a track record of delivering high-quality results and efficiently managing subcontractors and trades on fast-paced fit-out projects.

• A stable employment history in similar permanent positions with reputable main contractors, ideally across London and the South East.

Rewards & Benefits:

• 60,000 - 65,000 + Package
• Open to both PAYE & Day-rate

Requirements:

• Must have experience working on high-spec bars or resturants.
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Problem Solver.
• Ability to commute in and around London.
