We have the opportunities for a Social Care Assessor / Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our fast-paced Occupational Therapy Service at Richmond and Wandsworth Councils.You will be working with older people and younger adults with physical disabilities.You will be working as part of a team that delivers equipment and both minor and major adaptations, education and advice to residents with complex and longer-term needs.You will be someone who shares our values and commitment to improve the lives of our residents with a keen interest to learn and innovate and a commitment to strengths-based practice.You will have the opportunity to positively shape the lives of our residents to live independently in the community.

About the Role you will:
The Social Care Assessor / Occupational Therapy Assistant will be working 36 hours Monday to Friday standard work pattern of 9:00 to 5:00. The role will involve hybrid working including attending the Council offices and client's residence.
You will have access to our learning and development training and will be expected to develop on Continuing Professional Development (CPD) outcomes.
