Salary: up to £48,000 + millage

The role of Stock Condition Surveyor

You will work as part of an established asset management team predominately delivering reports on the Stock Condition Data collected from the housing stock of the end client

To be successful in the role of Stock Condition Surveyor

• Experience doing Stock Condition Surveys in a social housing setting or housing stock
• Strong HHSRS knowledge
• Delivery of domestic energy assessment experience

• Comprehensive knowledge of construction materials and anticipated lifecycles
