Location: Godalming, Surrey
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000+ (depending on experience)

Are you an experienced Residential Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality care? We are seeking a Residential Manager to oversee the operation of a children's home in Godalming. The ideal candidate will have a Level 5 in Residential Childcare and proven experience in opening and running a children s home under Ofsted regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the children s home in full compliance with Ofsted regulations.
• Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child.
• Ensure the home provides a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment.
• Supervise, support, and develop a team of staff to ensure high standards of care are maintained.
• Act as the main point of contact for Ofsted inspections and maintain ongoing compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Level 5 in Residential Childcare is essential.
• Proven experience in opening and running a children's home under Ofsted regulations.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A passion for improving the lives of children and young people.

Salary:
Starting at £40,000, with potential to increase up to £45,000, or more for the right candidate.
