Homeless Officer

I am currently working with a client that is looking for an experienced Homeless Officer (Housing Options Officer). This would be a temporary position for 6-months.

The role will include home visits in or outside of Essex and attend professional meetings when required.

In summary:

• 6 month contract - likely to be extended (maternity cover).
• Rate negotiable.
• Hybrid style of working.
• Start date 24/02.

What you need to apply:

• 3 years of experience in a Housing Options Officer role.
• Sound understanding of HRA 2017 legislation.
• Proven proficiency of writing s.184 decision letters.
