Position: Night Concierge

Location: Chelsea Waterfront

Working Hours: 4 on, 4 off (Apply online only)

Salary: 30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Development Details:

This role will be based at a development located in Fulham, consisting of 291 high end, residential apartments as well as benefitting from amenities such as a state of the art leisure facility with fully equipped gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. The development is located close to Imperial Wharf and Fulham Broadway Station.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

• Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team.
• Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
• Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
• Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
• Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
• Have a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.
• Ideally come from a residential security background and have experience in a lone working position.
