They are currently seeking to appoint an Assistant to Intermediate level Quantity Surveyor for their London team.
This is a unique opportunity to work on a variety of Prime Residential projects from £1m-£8m in contract value.

The Role

The successful candidate will work under the mentorship and guidance of an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor.
You will work on multiple concurrent project within the division which handle the special works projects valued up to £8m.
You will work closely with the project delivery team, ensuring budgets, procurement, and cost management are effectively handled.

Key Responsibilities

• Cost control, variations, valuations, and reporting to ensure the project stays within budget.
  Assisting with final accounts and interfacing with subcontractors, consultants and client teams.
• Collaborating with the project team to maintain high standards and meet client expectations.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor ideally in high end residential or luxury projects
• Strong commercial acumen and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
