I'm excited to announce an opportunity for a Voids Supervisor to join our dedicated team within the Responsive Maintenance division. As a Voids Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing subcontractors to deliver high-quality voided properties for social housing contracts, ensuring our delivery meets the highest standards for our residents in Croydon.

Key Accountabilities for the Voids Supervisor:

• Ensure high-quality service is provided by managing the work scheduling in accordance with company procedures, standards, and SLAs.
• Represent at resident performance meetings as required by the Operations Manager, acting as a key Voids Supervisor liaison.
• Manage the responsive repairs function to ensure consistent performance against targets while acting as the primary Voids Supervisor for project delivery.
• Effectively manage material costs and oversee adherence to correct processes and procedures in all aspects of the voids work.
• Monitor the quality of work through inspections, inspection reports, analysis of key performance indicators, and customer satisfaction surveys to uphold our standards as a Voids Supervisor.
• Lead, manage, and contribute to the development of your team, ensuring optimal employment levels align with our service provision goals as a Voids Supervisor.
• Manage Subcontractors to carry out and deliver high quality property refurbishment

Qualifications and Skills:

• A full UK driving licence is essential.
• Proven experience in responsive maintenance and a strong track record in management are crucial for the Voids Supervisor role.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to problem-solve, multitask, and work effectively under tight deadlines.
