My client is a large Chartered independent financial advice business who have built a lasting reputation for providing the highest levels of advice on Pensions, Investments, Retirement Planning, Tax Planning, IHT, Trusts, Mortgages and some Protections to clients across the UK. The business has c.1000 staff overall who work with retirees, City professionals, families, SME owners with varying levels of assets ranging from £1m - multiple millions.

The top Advisers manage over £100m of assets each and work in a pod structure. The business has very ambitious plans to expand and grow so if you're looking to join an entrepreneurial and forward thinking business then this will be the right career move for you.

The Managing Director is seeking a Paraplanner. The role will report into a dedicated Head of Paraplanning and you will work on behalf of 2 established advisers whose client banks generate £400k and £500k of ongoing advice fees respectively. The role will involve end to end report writing, cashflow modelling work and assisting with annual reviews.

A very secure and rewarding role is on offer with an excellent benefits package and bonus structure. The Directors are looking to offer between £40k - £45k basic salary depending on your experience levels. Possibly up to £47k for an outstanding candidate. The Director would like someone to be office based to begin with but then you can WFH 1 or 2 days per week once you are established in the business.
