M&E Manager Opportunity - Main Contractor - 7m Healthcare Project

We are currently working with a Main Contractor who have a strong presence in the residential and healthcare sectors who are looking to engage with an experienced M&E Manager to deliver a 7m healthcare scheme in North West London. The company in question are experiencing growth and have a lot of room for progression,

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the planning, design, and implementation of MEP systems throughout the project.
• Estimating and scoping MEP trades during pre-construction.
• Reviewing contract documents and making suggestions or modifications related to MEP trades.
• Managing and leading MEP subcontractors throughout the project duration.
• Supervising, training, mentoring and managing a team of MEP technicians.
• Providing direction and leadership to the team and ensuring quality of work.
• Preparing detailed MEP designs, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Coordinating with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate MEP systems into overall project designs.
