As a Supply Teacher, you'll step in to deliver engaging lessons, maintain a positive classroom environment, and ensure that learning continues seamlessly in the absence of the regular class teacher. • Deliver pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and 5, if applicable).

• Manage the classroom effectively, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.

• Follow school policies and maintain high standards of behaviour and achievement.

• Adapt quickly to different school settings and subjects as needed.

• Communicate effectively with students and staff.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• Experience teaching in a secondary school environment.

• Strong classroom management and organisational skills.

• Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to different school cultures and routines.

• A genuine passion for education and supporting young people.

• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
