Learning Support Assistant - SEN School Cranleigh

We are seeking a compassionate Learning Support Worker for a nurturing SEN school in Cranleigh, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs.

Your Role:

• Support students with autism, SEMH or learning difficulties

• Assist in implementing personalised learning plans

• Encourage communication and social interaction

• Help create a safe, structured learning environment

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3-6 months school experience

• Enhanced DBS clearance required

• Empathy, patience and a positive mindset
