JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Store Managerwith a hospitality / restaurant / food service background, team management / leadership / supervisory experience and excellent customer service skills.

Working as the Store Manager you will be a dedicated, professional, and experienced Manager with an outgoing personality and a positive attitude to provide excellent customer service.

As the Store Manager you will be responsible for leading and developing the team but will also set shop objectives, that not only achieve, but succeed in company targets.

DUTIES

Your duties as a Store Manager will include:

• Oversee daily operations of the store including scheduling, sales, and customer service whilst regularly reporting to the area manager

• Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing excellent service

• Help resolve customer issues and concerns

• Be a part of the team and work with other stores as needed

• Maintain a positive attitude and work with integrity

• Identify and develop potential team members for advancement

• Responsible for maintaining open communication and ongoing training with team members

• Disciplinaries, absences and sicknesses

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality / food service or in a restaurant setting is essential

• Passion for food, drinks, and customer service

• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety procedures

• Strong leadership and motivational skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to drive sales and meet KPIs
