Title: HEAD NURSE - RGN

Location: Bickley (Kent)

Salary: £56,784.00pa + Benefits + Bonus

Avon Search and Selection are proud to be assisting this new, purpose built Luxury Care Home in Bickley (Kent) in recruiting a key member of their team. We are currently seeking a Head Nurse (RGN) to focus on managing the Nursing Team and ensuring the highest levels of Clinical care are delivered.

The ideal candidate will have a full PIN registration with no restrictions and will have the right to live and work in the UK. Unfortunately, my Client cannot offer any sponsorship with this role.

We are recruiting for a special RGN with experience within Private Care Homes and strong passion and commitment to constantly improve the specialist services our client delivers, together with a positive and flexible attitude and person-centred ethos.
