The Role

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to a Conveyancing Solicitor
• Assist with residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
• Prepare and format legal correspondence and documentation
• Communicate professionally with clients, solicitors, estate agents and other parties
• Manage appointments, deadlines and key dates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and records
• Carry out general administrative and conveyancing support duties
• Assist with searches, enquiries and other aspects of the conveyancing process

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within Conveyancing
• Good understanding of the residential conveyancing process
• Strong IT and administrative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise a busy workload
• Professional and client-focused approach
• A proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
