CDM Consultant

We are working with a leading Construction and Property Consultancy who are looking for a Senior CDM Consultant to join their team based in Central London. The CDM Consultant ill be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Construction Regulations across both new build and refurbishment projects in a variety of sectors.

Requirements for the CDM Consultant:

• 4+ years experience as a CDM Consultant or similar role, with specific expertise in new build and refurbishment projects.
• In-depth knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015 and health and safety legislation.
• NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Membership with a relevant professional body

The base salary for the CDM Consultant will vary based on experience, however should be expected to be between 55,000 and 70,000.
