Interim Senior Acquisitions & Disposals Surveyor, £400 - £500 p/day Inside IR35

The Local Authority is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Surveyor to lead their acquisitions and disposals programme, driving strategic property development initiatives and maximising the value of their land holdings.

Your new role

Lead a team of surveyors focused on property acquisition, disposal, and strategic development.

Maximise the value of the Council's land holdings and secure development opportunities.

Ensure compliance and achieve the Council's strategic objectives.

Implementing acquisition and disposal strategies aligned with the Council's goals.

Oversee the development process from feasibility to completion.

Identify opportunities, conduct due diligence, negotiate terms, and manage legal processes.

Conduct market research and property appraisals.

Build relationships with external stakeholders and represent the Council.

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

Member or Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Local Authority experience in a similar role.
