Senior Client Support Manager (Finance) - Milton Keynes - £30k - £45k per annum plus benefits
Our client is an extremely well-established company specialising within the financial sector; due to continued growth and success they are now looking to recruit an experienced Senior Client Support Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for fulfilling key service requirements for a portfolio of clients and new clients as appropriate.
- Ensure client satisfaction is kept to a high level at all times.
- Prepare required documentation for client review meetings
- Chase client providers for relevant information and update clients to the progress
- Monitor progress and update clients and client team manager on transfers/payments in or out
- Complete client fund switches, monitor and check them following the action taking place
- Utilise client ISA allowances where appropriate/agreed
Skills and Experience
- Experience within the financial sector is essential
- Ability to build sustainable relationships with clients and help identify their needs
- Clear, accurate and concise verbal and written communication
- Ability to work on own initiative and meet targets
