What's involved?

• Must have successfully managed a Restaurant, cocktail or wine bar
• Must have excellent knowledge of cocktails and serving drinks
• Develop and maintain an innovative drinks menu with high-quality ingredients.
• Monitor industry trends and update the menu accordingly.
• Oversee beverage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking supplies.
• Monitor sales, analyse financial reports, set revenue targets, and control costs to optimise profitability.
