Procurement & Supply Assistant Apprentice

Thrive Homes is looking to recruit a keen individual that's eager to kickstart a career in procurement and supply. We are offering a great opportunity for someone to join the team as a Procurement & Supply Assistant Apprentice. No prior experience is required - just a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to personal development.

The role includes a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Procurement & Supply (CIPS). You'll gain valuable qualifications while developing practical skills in a supportive environment. You will be required one day per week in the office.

Other Responsibilities:

• Supporting procurement and contract management activities aligned with Thrive's Strategic Framework.
• Carrying out general administrative tasks and supporting wider team projects.
• Assisting departmental leads with annual procurement plans and advising on routes to market.
• Attending supplier meetings and supporting contract management guidance and training.
• Completing all apprenticeship-related work and attending study sessions and learning events.

• A genuine motivation to work and learn
• Flexible background - whether through education or work experience
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to completing apprenticeship requirements
• Good IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
