Design Manager

• Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years in cladding (fire remediation experience highly desirable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Applying technical knowledge of fire safety regulations, cladding systems, and materials used in envelope cladding
• Managing design stages and coordinating with architects, fire engineers, and stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations
• Problem-solving during planning and on-site activities
• Utilizing technical tools and software such as Auto-Cad or similar for managing design tasks
• Effectively communicating with design houses, consultants, and other project stakeholders
• Managing budgets, cost estimations, and value engineering
• Mentoring and leading a design team to drive project success

Salary Band: 65,000 - 85,000 per annum
