Currently underway with the preconstruction phase, this landmark project gets going later this year. It's a typical central London cut & carve scheme - complex structural elements, extensive temp works, structural demolition/alteration in parts, logistically challenging location-wise, challenging programme etc.

• Salary: 140k (or day rate)
• Start: ASAP

Due to the above, I'm looking for someone with a strong background in running major central London cut & carve projects, as project lead - hence the salary level. You'll need to have deep experience in managing (the client team above and your site team) and be used to working under pressure and to challenging milestones.

This contractor is in a fantastic position and growing nicely, with plenty of confirmed projects in the pipeline, so you could kick on into a more senior position during the next few years as the growth continues.
