Part Time - Head of Finance

To ensure all internal services are fully integrated and focused on internal customers, 2 providing a service that is flexible and responsive to need

To ensure that the Finance department runs smoothly and is able to meet current and future strategic objectives

As part of the Senior Leadership Team, to contribute to strategy, policy, planning and risk management

Advise Board and coordinate the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee

To take a lead on the financial overview of the association to ensure it can deliver in the short and long-term

To safeguard the association's assets, ensuring their ongoing sound financial and legal stewardship

To promote a collaborative approach across the organisation, enabling learning and new projects to be planned and implemented

To assist the CEO to consistently develop the IT network and database so they work effectively, efficiently, securely and fully meet business requirements.

Must have a working knowledge of Social Housing accounting standards and be experienced in leading year end and audit processes.
