Salary: Up to 26,265 per annum

We are currently working with a well-established childcare provider looking for a Room Leader to join their team. As part of the management team, you'll have the opportunity to lead a dedicated staff group while maintaining the highest standards of care and education.

Rate of pay/Salary: Up to 26,265 per annum

What's involved?

• Full-time contract consisting of 40 hours per week
• Lead and supervise playroom staff to ensure high-quality care and education
• Promote and implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Provide professional feedback to parents and build positive relationships
• Ensure that the nursery's standards are consistently met
• Lead by example and ensure staff work effectively together
