Part-Time Caretaker - Residential Development

Hours: Part-time (12 hours per week)

About the Role:

We're looking for a reliable and proactive Caretaker to join the team at this well-maintained residential development. You'll play a key role in ensuring the building and grounds are kept clean, safe, and presentable for residents, visitors, and contractors.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys hands-on tasks, and has a great eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily cleaning of communal areas (entrances, corridors, lifts, bins, etc.)
• Carrying out basic maintenance and reporting any repairs or issues to management
• Monitoring contractors and assisting with access as required
• Maintaining external areas, including bin stores, car parks, and gardens
• Supporting residents with general enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
• Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained at all times

About You:

• Previous experience in a caretaker, maintenance, or facilities role preferred
• Proactive, trustworthy, and able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic DIY and maintenance ability
• Flexible attitude with a hands-on approach
