This pivotal role will support the implementation and growth of our Find Connect Amplify model, which connects marginalised communities, amplifies their voices, and supports them in driving lasting change. If you have a proven track record in operations management, team coordination, and community engagement, we want to hear from you!
Role Overview:As the Operations Manager, you will play a central role in managing our network of communityconnectors, who seek to build more cohesive communities across the UK through theimplementation of our Find Connect Amplify model. You will help amplify our impact bysupporting social media strategies and adding value to events and community engagementactivities. This role is key to ensuring the operational efficiency of our organisation and helpingus drive systemic change across communities.
