RF Engineer

Copello are recruiting for a RF Engineer to join a leading organisation in the Buckinghamshire on a 6 month contract basis.

As the RF Engineer you will be working on a legacy programme providing integration and acceptance activities on RF subsystems within a lab based environment.

Responsibilities of the RF Engineer include:

• Functional integration and testing support of RF subsystems
• Working in the lab to provide rapid integration and acceptance
• Working to project guidelines
• Ensuring product meets end clients requirements, working to defence standard

As the RF Engineer you will have the following skills and experience:

• Strong understanding of integrating RF Systems
• Background in Electronics/Aerospace or Defence
• Working with RF Lab test equipment inc VNA's, Signal Generators, Spectrum Analysers etc
• Exposure to high power RF testing
• Working to standards such as DO-160, ARP4754, Mil-STD-704
• Right side of the V-model (acceptance, verification, qualification & integration)

This role will be offering of a rate of circa 70- 75 per hour (inside IR35) and will require onsite working (4 days a week, some Fridays).

Candidates with be required to have either SC clearance or eligible for SC clearance.
