Regional Sales Director Role:

Regional Sales Director Key Responsibilities:

Essential:

• Proven experience in a senior sales role, ideally as a Regional Sales Director or similar.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing sales teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

Desirable:

• Experience within estate agency
• Relevant qualifications in sales, business, or a related field.
