Salary: up to £55,000 + Commission + Leadership Bonus

You'll be working closely with the Director to set up a new division focused on the housing sector.This is a rare opportunity to build a brand and team around you, with full support and autonomy to shape the desk and future hires.

• Full billing autonomy with realistic targets

• Open to Senior Consultants ready to step up or experienced billers who feel stuck

What You'll Need:

• 3+ years' experience recruiting into the housing sector

• A strong billing track record

• Ambition to grow something from scratch

• Either ready to lead for the first time or eager for more room to progress
