Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored one-on-one and small group support for Key Stage 4 learners across various subjects, adapting materials and encouraging engagement.
  Deliver targeted interventions focused on behaviour management, emotional regulation, attendance improvement, and restorative practices, ensuring students stay on track for their GCSEs.
  Build strong, trusting relationships with KS4 students, supporting their academic, social, and emotional development.
  Collaborate closely with teachers, pastoral leads, parents, and external agencies to maximise student outcomes.
  Maintain detailed records of student progress and behaviour, continually reviewing strategies to ensure effectiveness.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience working with students facing behavioural or emotional challenges, particularly in Key Stage 4 or alternative provisions (SEN experience advantageous).
  Strong interpersonal skills, with a calm, patient, and empathetic approach suited to supporting teenagers during their GCSE years.
  Previous experience implementing pastoral or behaviour intervention strategies at secondary level would be beneficial.
  A passion for helping young people achieve their potential both academically and personally.
