Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored one-on-one and small group support for Key Stage 4 learners across various subjects, adapting materials and encouraging engagement.

Build strong, trusting relationships with KS4 students, supporting their academic, social, and emotional development.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience working with students facing behavioural or emotional challenges, particularly in Key Stage 4 or alternative provisions (SEN experience advantageous).
Strong interpersonal skills, with a calm, patient, and empathetic approach suited to supporting teenagers during their GCSE years.
Previous experience implementing pastoral or behaviour intervention strategies at secondary level would be beneficial.
