Night Support Worker

We have an exciting opportunity for a Waking Night Support Worker in Watford.

Contract: Temp to Perm (12 weeks temp). Full time (You can choose between 48 hours or 36 hours per week). The role involves some weekend work.

Shifts: 8pm - 8am

Salary: PAYE: £13.69, Umbrella: £15.74

Job Description

• Responsible for the safety and security of the service and building at night including responding to incidents, monitoring CCTV and offering help and support to residents with a variety of needs.
• Have experience supporting vulnerable people and may have experience in security and building safety.
• Diffuse any situations that may arise between or in relation to residents, escalating where necessary to the on-call manager
