Senior Conference Producer!
Salary: 35,000 - 45,000

Location: London (currently 3 days in the office, 2 days remote)
Reporting to: Conference Director
Your Role:
As a Senior Conference Producer, you will be at the forefront of producing and managing high-quality content for our conferences, webinars, and exhibitions. You'll work closely with industry leaders to address key challenges and priorities while building strong relationships both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Stewardship:
- - Collaborate within the management team to enhance our event portfolio.
- - Take charge of new launches and contribute fresh ideas.
- Content Research and Development:
- - Conduct comprehensive research with industry experts to drive event content.
- - Curate invite lists, manage RSVPs, and create write-ups for advisory panels.
- Delegate Audience Acquisition:
- - Identify and understand your target audience.
- - Partner with our data team to curate marketing lists and ensure programming aligns with audience needs.
- - Oversee delegate sales targets and explore all avenues to achieve them.
- Marketing and Sponsorship Support:
- - Collaborate with the marketing team to craft strategies that boost bookings.
- - Generate engaging promotional content and work with the sponsorship team to provide market insights.
- Speaker Management:
- - Identify, invite, and confirm high-calibre speakers for events.
- - Create briefing documents and manage speaker materials.
- On-Site Event Production:
- - Oversee logistics for events and webinars, ensuring smooth operations.
- - Manage the event programme delivery, keeping everything on track.
- What You Bring:
- Experience in conference production.
- Proven budgetary responsibility, with experience overseeing revenues and P&L.
- A proactive, "can-do" attitude with exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while juggling multiple projects.
- Creative copywriting skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong relationship management skills.
