A well-established, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy based in Trafalgar Square is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their London team. With a headcount of 30, and a highly collaborative Quantity Surveying unit of 6 people, this is a fantastic opportunity to take on meaningful projects in a hands-on, team-driven environment.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• Experience in a UK consultancy environment
• Strong pre- and post-contract knowledge
• Confident managing your own projects and clients
• Ideally MRICS, or working towards
• Sector experience in education, heritage, or high-end residential is a strong advantage
