1-on-1 with Top Billing Chartered Director

Are you an experienced Paraplanner with your sights firmly set on becoming a Financial Adviser? This is your opportunity to step into a prestigious, chartered wealth management firm in London and work directly 1-on-1 with one of the firm's highest-performing Chartered Advisers/Directors.

You'll be supporting a top biller at the heart of the business - someone invested in mentoring talent and building long-term success. This role is designed for progression: once Chartered, you'll transition into an Adviser position with an existing route mapped out, plus tailored development and client exposure along the way.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in paraplanning within a financial planning firm
• Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS or equivalent) as a minimum
• Actively working towards Chartered status (preferred)
• A driven, proactive mindset and commitment to excellence
