Technical Service Manager

Job Title: Technical Service Manager - Smoke Control

Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 + KPI Bonus

Our client is looking for a Technical Service Manager to drive growth and manage smoke control projects. This is a hybrid role with site visits and occasional office attendance (2-3 times a month).

What You'll Do:

• Provide technical support for new enquiries and clients.

• Identify and engage potential customers to grow the business.

• Manage enquiries, site surveys, and competitive quotations.

• Oversee project execution, ensuring high standards and compliance.

• Maintain health & safety regulations and quality assurance.

• Track and report division performance, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong experience in smoke control or related technical services.

• Excellent project management and client communication skills.

• Ability to drive business growth and identify cross-selling opportunities.
