Our client is a principal contractor specialising in a diverse range of industries and sectors, with a turnover exceeding 200m.

An opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join the team on-site in Surrey.

You will be working on the construction of a new retirement village in Epsom, reporting directly to the Managing Director.

Our client is seeking applicants with experience in managing new build projects of a similar nature.

In return, our client is offering an all-inclusive salary of 100k - 110k.
