About The Role:

We're partnering with a mid-sized multi-disciplinary creative consultancy working at the intersection of design, place, and the built environment. As they continue an exciting period of growth following their most successful year to date, they are now hiring an Operations Manager in London, a newly created, business-critical role.

In this role, you'll work closely with leadership, especially the Commercial Director, but also with creative, delivery, BD, finance and people teams. You'll be the person who joins the dots, smooths the edges, and keeps everything moving. This role is ideal for someone who can keep the engine running smoothly, spot where processes could work harder, and make sure teams have what they need to deliver great work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage resourcing across projects and teams
  • Support planning and allocation of resources to meet business needs
  • Ensure operational processes and quality standards are maintained
  • Assist with recruitment and workforce planning as required
  • Maintain and improve internal systems and tools to support team efficiency
  • Contribute to new business initiatives and planning
  • Support sustainability and compliance activities where needed
  • Collaborate with different teams across the business to ensure smooth operations

Key Skills / Requirements:

  • Experience in operations or project management, preferably within a consultancy or creative environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Understanding of budgets, reporting, and financial management
  • Experience with project management methodologies
  • Experience implementing new processes and driving operational improvements
