Property Assistant

Up to £25,000 basic + commission + travel expenses paid

£26,000 - £28,000 OTE

They are a busy and established estate agency with a friendly, professional team and a passion for providing an exceptional client experience. They handle both sales and lettings, and they're looking for an organised, proactive and personable individual to join our team and support daily operations across the business.

As a Property Assistant, you'll be at the heart of their office - helping to keep everything running smoothly. Your role will involve supporting their sales teams, coordinating property viewings, and ensuring clients and applicants receive excellent service from start to finish.

• Registering new applicants and updating their CRM system
• Coordinating and scheduling property viewings
• Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers
• Calling out and booking in viewings efficiently and professionally
• Providing administrative support to the sales teams
• Managing general office duties and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Assisting with PA duties for senior management when required
• Liaising with vendors and applicants
• Supporting marketing activities (e.g., preparing property details, uploading listings)

• Previous experience in an estate agency or a similar property-related role preferred, but not essential
• Confident, professional, and well-presented with excellent communication skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small, dynamic team
• A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for clients
