Job Title: Site Manager

Start Date: Immediately

Location: Maidstone

Day Rate: £250 - £300 per dat depending on experience

Client:

A reputable Tier 1 Contractor who specialises in wide range of sectors including, Schools, healthcare, MOJ, Commercial and Care Homes

Project:

A new build steel frame education facility which will consist of classrooms, reception area, and cafeteria as well as all external landscaping.

Job role:

Site Manager who will be reporting into a on site Project Manager and will be responsible for the internal aspects of the build which will include, dry lining, partition walls, suspended ceilings, floor laying, M&E Installation.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all Internal Subcontractors
• Carrying out Tool box talks and Inductions
• Issuing Permits when required
• Liaising with the client and external stakeholders
• Attending and chairing progress meetings with Subcontractors and Clients

Requirements:

• Experience working on a School would be advantageous
• Experience working with a Tier 1 Contractor
• SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
• 5+ years overseeing internal fit out packages
