Salary: MPS/UPS or 140 - 160 per day (for supply)

Are you a passionate and dedicated PMLD Teacher looking to make a real impact in the lives of students with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD)? We are seeking an inspirational Teacher to join a well-resourced and supportive special school in North West London.

The Role:

• Plan and deliver engaging, sensory-based lessons tailored to the needs of PMLD students.
• Use assistive technology, communication aids, and multi-sensory approaches to enhance learning.
• Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and families to provide holistic support.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the physical, sensory, and cognitive needs of students.
• Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching students with PMLD, complex needs, or severe disabilities.
• Knowledge of PECS, Makaton, sensory learning strategies, and assistive technology (desirable).
• A patient, creative, and adaptable approach to teaching.
• A strong commitment to inclusive education and student well-being.
