Responsibilities of 3D Printing Technician (Post Process)

• Manage post-processing tasks, including support removal, washing, curing, and finishing of 3D printed models.
• Assist in machine setup, operation, and maintenance for SLA and other 3D printing processes.
• Handle model assembly and ensure final models meet quality standards.
• Use CAD and data processing software (e.g., Magics) to prepare and refine architectural prints.
• Work collaboratively within a small team, managing tasks to meet production deadlines.

Requirements of 3D Printing Technician (Post Process)

• Experience with post-processing, especially for SLA 3D printed parts.
• Familiarity with CAD software and architectural data processing.
• Strong attention to detail and manual finishing skills (sanding, model assembly).
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role or 3D printing production environment is a plus.
