This is a fantastic role for any Multi Skilled Engineer to join a well experienced maintenance team on a fantastic property based in South Bank.
For this role, you will carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance on commercial mechanical and electrical equipment on site, identify and diagnose faults and carry out repairs, liaise with sub contractors, complete and update any logbooks on site and ensure you're representing the client in a positive and professional manner.
This is a static role, following a Monday - Friday pattern, 40 hour working week.
To be successful for this role, you must be fully qualified in either Electrical Installations or Mechanical Engineering (City and Guilds / EAL/ NVQ or equivalent), a great understanding of commercial mechanical and electrical equipment, great communication skills and a minimum of 3 years in commercial maintenance.

Multi Skilled Engineer Duties:
- PPMs & Reactive maintenance
- Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, Shutdowns, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps BMS Operation
- Ensure the client is satisfied with the service provided
- Respond to emergencies on site
- Fault find on M&E systems
- Quotations
- Health & Safety
- Logbooks
- Risk assessments
- Permits to work
Multi Skilled Engineer Requirements:
- Fully qualified in either Electrical Installations or Mechanical Engineering (City and Guilds / EAL/ NVQ or equivalent)
- At least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance
- Great communication skills
- Great knowledge in commercial M&E equipment
- 18th Edition would desirable, not essential
