Salary: £30,000 Full-Time Permanent Immediate / September Start

The Role

As a Science Technician, you will be the backbone of the Science department, ensuring lessons run smoothly by preparing equipment, materials, and experiments across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and setting up equipment for practical science lessons

  • Supporting teachers during experiments and demonstrations

  • Maintaining and organising laboratory equipment and resources

  • Ensuring all health & safety regulations are followed at all times

  • Managing stock levels and ordering materials when required

  • Safely storing chemicals and disposing of waste appropriately

  • Assisting with displays and maintaining a stimulating learning environment
