Your Role

As Project Manager / Senior Site Manager, you'll lead the delivery of high-quality projects up to £20M across a range of sectors - from education and leisure to commercial and high-end residential.

You'll:

• Take ownership of the site, ensuring safe, efficient, and snag-free delivery
• Prepare and manage short-term programmes
• Drive Health & Safety standards - making sure everyone goes home safe
• Maintain a strong focus on quality, progress, and profitability
• Collaborate with the QS, Design Managers, and wider team to keep the project on track
• Lead, motivate, and support your site team to deliver results

About You

You'll be a confident, forward-thinking construction professional who leads from the front.

• Experience with a main contractor on projects up to £20M
• Track record on new build and refurbishment schemes
• Worked on a variety projects. EG: Education, leisure, commercial or high-end residential
• Minimum 3+ years' experience in a similar role
• A real passion for construction and a drive to progress
