We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's Social Worker to join our Health Link Team in London!

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a multi-disciplinary team, supporting children, young people, and families where health and social care needs intersect. You'll play a vital role in promoting the welfare, safety, and wellbeing of children through strong partnership working with health professionals, schools, and community services.

? Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration? Experience working with children, families, and multi-agency partners? Strong knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and health liaison processes? Excellent communication and assessment skills Commitment to child-centred practice, empowerment, and inclusion ?

The Health Link Team works at the intersection of health and social care, ensuring children with additional medical or developmental needs receive the right support at the right time.
