Site Manager

We re recruiting an experienced site manager to join the delivery team for a prestigious £166m commercial fit-out project (CAT A & B) near Holland Park. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of key areas within a landmark scheme for a Tier One Main Contractor.
The role:

• Manage the fit-out of individual floors, communal areas, and WCs, ensuring high-quality delivery on time and within budget.
• Oversee daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring smooth workflow across allocated areas.
• Maintain strict health and safety compliance and quality control.
• Work closely with the wider site team to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

About you:

• Strong experience delivering fit-out projects, ideally CAT A and B.
• Proven ability to manage specific areas of fit-out, including communal spaces and WCs.
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Experience working on fast-paced, high-profile projects.
