We are the staffing partner to a brilliant international transportation business specialising in the logistics planning for TV & film sets.
As a Logistics Planner you will be working as part of a team managing projects on behalf of TV & Film production companies planning international logistics for equipment, crew and celebrities across the globe
The successful Logistics Planner Duties will involve:
Assist with all route planning & coordination
Communicating daily with company drivers & production teams to ensure a streamlined service
Proactively recruit new drivers
Plan extra cover for drivers where needed with staffing partners
Update and cleanse all diary, CRM systems
Complete all necessary administrative tasks
Undertake project work & other relevant duties as and when required
